Welcome to PixelForge. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or working with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
PixelForge provides professional web design and related digital services. All work is completed based on the project scope agreed upon before work begins. Any additional services requested may incur extra fees.
2. Quotes & Payments
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project, prior to the website going live.
- Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
We reserve the right to charge interest or late fees for overdue invoices.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely content, feedback, and approvals
- Supplying images, branding assets, or third-party materials they own or have rights to
- Ensuring any login credentials provided to us are accurate and secure
PixelForge is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.
4. Intellectual Property
- PixelForge retains ownership of all design and development materials until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, the client receives full rights to the final website design and content, unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell any of our work without permission.
5. Revisions & Edits
Most projects include a set number of revisions, as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, any deposit is non-refundable. For partially completed projects, the client will be invoiced for the portion of work completed. PixelForge reserves the right to cancel a project if a client is unresponsive or breaches these terms.
7. Website Content & Usage
You are responsible for the content placed on your website, including text, images, videos, and any other media. PixelForge is not liable for any legal issues arising from copyrighted or inappropriate content provided by the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
PixelForge is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue or data due to website issues, downtime, or performance
- Any third-party service failures (e.g., hosting, plugins, APIs)
- Security breaches caused by poor password practices or outdated client-managed software
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
9. Third-Party Services
If your website integrates third-party tools (such as payment gateways, analytics, or plugins), their terms and privacy policies apply. PixelForge is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of third-party tools.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
